This batch exists because most garments are compromised long before they reach production. Materials are softened too much. Fit is averaged down. Decisions are made to protect margins instead of integrity.

The Founder’s Batch is the opposite. It is a controlled release built to prove what the LAWRENCE system is capable of when nothing is optimized away. Fabric selection, pattern geometry, stitching density, and finishing were all locked at their highest standard.

This is not a seasonal drop. It is a reference point — a small, intentional run designed to establish the baseline for everything that follows.

FOUNDER’S BATCH TERMS

This release is limited to a single Founder’s Batch of 50 units. Once the batch is complete, this configuration will not be reproduced in the same form.

All specifications, materials, and construction details were locked prior to production. No substitutions, revisions, or mid-run changes are permitted.

Each garment includes a sewn-in Founder’s Batch badge and is delivered with a signed certificate and accompanying flyer, prepared exclusively for this release and not used for standard production runs.

Orders from this batch are scheduled to ship on March 1, 2026. This date reflects controlled production, inspection, and final preparation under LAWRENCE system standards.

Availability is first-come. Inventory is finite by design.

  • THE FABRIC

    This shirt is constructed from a custom-developed 86% MicroModal / 14% spandex jersey, produced using a siro-spun yarn structure for improved surface refinement and long-term wear resistance. The MicroModal fiber is derived from beechwood pulp sourced from Austria.

    At 220 GSM, the fabric delivers a substantial hand feel without stiffness. It is pre-shrunk to a maximum tolerance of 3%, rated Grade 4.0 for anti-pilling, and tested to Grade 4.0 color fastness to maintain appearance and dimensional stability through repeated wear and washing.

    This textile was selected to support the LAWRENCE pattern system — not as a surface choice, but as a structural foundation.

  • HOW YOUR SHIRT IS MADE

    Each garment is assembled using a 4-thread overlock stitch (ISO 514) with wooly nylon in the looper, selected to provide seam elasticity, recovery, and durability without stiffness or irritation.

    A shoulder-to-shoulder tape is integrated during construction to stabilize the neckline and maintain shape over time. Seam placement, stitch density, and construction order were finalized prior to production and remain locked for the duration of the batch.

    This disciplined process ensures every shirt in the Founder’s Batch is consistent in fit, structure, and finish — not just in appearance, but in execution.
