ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once they are ready to ship. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING: UNITED STATES US

We utilize our San Diego fulfillment center for all domestic USA orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary (Free) on all orders. (3–5 business days)
  • Priority Express: $15.00 USD. (1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail)

SHIPPING: MEXICO MX

We utilize our Tijuana fulfillment center for all Mexico orders. Your package ships domestically, meaning there are no customs fees or import duties.

  • Standard Shipping (Estándar): Complimentary (Free) on all orders. (3–5 business days via Redpack/Estafeta)
  • Express Shipping (Día Siguiente): $300.00 MXN. (1–2 business days via DHL Express)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other regions.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LAWRENCE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LAWRENCE will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier’s system.
