Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.
To view the real-time status of your delivery, please click the tracking link provided in that email or use our global tracking partner below.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Tracking numbers are generated immediately upon labeling but may take up to 24 hours to show active movement in the carrier’s system.
Haven’t Received an Email?
If more than 3 business days have passed since your order was placed and you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
